What is U O Me?

U O Me is the reverse of I O U! Say, you are a restaurant owner and your regular customer says, "Likh Lo" at the time of settling the bill. You write the amount in their account. This is great for customer retention but you are fed up with the negotiations during settlement. Customer says they already paid or the charge is not correct while you know what they owe you.
